Bob team Stanbridge are pleased to announce RAF Aircraft Avionics Technician and GB Bobsleigh Development Pilot John Stanbridge as an Ambassador for the IASTI college. John is a serving member of the Royal Air force, progressing through an Advance apprenticeship Vocational NVQ level 3 qualifications in Aerospace engineering and Aircraft avionics during his 13-year career he has served in various operations on rotary Boeing Chinook helicopters and the Boeing E3-D sentry AWACS platform. In his role he maintains communication, electrical, navigation and flight aircraft systems in support of the worldwide operations. John is also a dedicated Great Britain bobsleigh athlete developing through the military pathway to compete internationally for his country. Excelling in sport takes a tremendous amount of hard work and commitment, working within a team to pursue excellence.
