Bob team Stanbridge is proud to announce Forces Solutions as the primary vehicle insurer heading into the 2022/2023 season.
The team are expected to cover nearly 12,000 miles across Europe for training and race competitions. Having an insurer to provide top level cover is vital to keep our bobsleigh equipment and athletes safe on the road as we travel.
The cost of insurance has increased as the team require a further vehicle to support both a 2-man & 4-man team as part of the ambitions to continue to develop on the IBSF European Cup 2022/2023.
Director Sandip Burchha who founded Forces Solutions Limited after working within the military insurance sector since 2012 said that he was able to see value that the insurance has provided the team and the business is built on the support of its military clients, its amazing to be able to support such a great cause.
Pilot John Stanbridge stated that the need for insurance is just another hidden logistical cost that the team can’t avoid. A lot of work goes on during the summer months to plan the season and find funding. Any saving that we can make back on the background logistical costs have a massive effect on the opportunity to get on ice each season. The money saved will be reinvested in more runs and track time in the sled, which builds confidence and experience for the journey ahead.
